The New Zoos: Science, Media & Culture
The ‘New Zoos: Science, Media and Culture’ project took place between 2002 and 2005. The project investigated the relation between the media, the design of the latest generation of zoos displays, and visitor responses to the displays. It was funded by the Science in Society programme of the UK's Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
